½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 teaspoons | Cocoa Powder |
1 teaspoon | Ground Cinnamon |
¾ cup | Shortening, Butter-Flavored |

½ cup | Milk |
1 teaspoon | White Or Cider Vinegar |
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and cinnamon. Cut in the shortening, using a pastry blender or your fingers, until mixture is crumbly. Stir in the egg. Slowly add the milk and vinegar, forming a large ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. Roll out on lightly floured surface to make one 9-inch pie or two 9-inch pie bottoms.
