4Habanero chili peppers; seeded and chopped OR 7 jalapeno chiles
¼cupAllspice; ground
3tablespoonsLime juice
2tablespoonsScallion; chopped
1teaspoonCinnamon; ground
1teaspoonNutmeg; ground

Directions

Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread paste over meat and marinate for one hour or longer before grilling.
