| 3 | tablespoons | Lime juice |

| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon; ground |
| 1 | teaspoon | Nutmeg; ground |
Directions
Pound or puree all the ingredients to make a thick paste. Spread paste over meat and marinate for one hour or longer before grilling.
