4Habañero peppers; preferred, else Jalapeño

2tablespoonsGrated ginger

¼cupOlive oil
½cupRed wine vinegar

Directions

Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade.

Process at high speed for 10 to 15 seconds. Store in a non-reactive container; this is very corrosive to metals!
