Italian salad with fennel

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Prosciutto
1 210 g can tuna
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
1 Bulb fennel; outside leaves
; discarded and
; fennel sliced
; finely
12 Black olives
1 Red capsicum; finely sliced

Arrange a slice of prosciutto on each serving plate. Break up the tuna into small pieces and scatter over the prosciutto.

Mix the mayonnaise and fennel and spoon over the top. Scatter with the olives and capsicum and serve at once.
