Island baked beans

Ingredients

| 2 | cans | Baked beans; (14 oz) |
| 1 | can | Sliced pineapple; (19 oz), drained (reserve juice) |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
| ⅓ | cup | Rum or reserved pineapple juice |
| ¼ | cup | Finely chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Instant coffee granules |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| 6 | slices | Bacon |
Directions
in an 11x7 inch baking dish, combine beans, ¼ cup pineapple juice, brown sugar, rum, onion, instant coffee, and mustard. Let stand at room temparature 1 hour. Arrange bacon slices on top of beans and pineapple slices on top of bacon.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 1½ hours.
