1 cup | Cheddar cheese -- shredded |
Preparation Time: 0:15 1. Mix eggs, oil, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper in large non-stick pan over very low flame. 2. Slowly add soy powder and dry skim milk, mixing thoroughly. 3. Gradually add Irish Ale, stirring constantly. 4. Then slowly add grated cheese, stirring until very hot and smooth. 5. Serve over toast.
