Indian scrambled eggs with ginger

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Green chiles; skinned seeded, chopped fine
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger; chop fine
4 tablespoons Onions; finely chopped
2 tablespoons Butter
6 Eggs
¼ cup Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion and ginger in butter until onion is soft.

Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together and pour into skillet with the onions and ginger.

Sprinkle the chiles on top and scramble over low heat until the eggs are done.
