Hunter's venison sausage

Measure Ingredient
4 pounds Ground venison
4 pounds Ground pork
2 tablespoons Salt
2 teaspoons Black pepper
¾ teaspoon Mace
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cloves
½ teaspoon All-spice
½ teaspoon Garlic powder

Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. ½ cup hot water to meat to gain

desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
