| ½ | cup | Soy Sauce |
| ½ | cup | Sherry |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice |
| 1 | Garlic;crushed;clove | |
| ¼ | cup | Peanut Oil |
Directions
Peel and de-vein shrimp. Mix ingredients well, pour over shrimp and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours.
Remove shrimp and broil about 2 minutes each side.
