Hot smoked lobster sandwich

Ingredients

4Lobsters, (1 1/2 pound) killed-remove meat from claws and tails
2largesRipe red tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2largesRipe yellow tomato sliced 1/4-inch thick
1largeSweet onion sliced 1/4-inch thick
1Haas avocado, sliced
2tablespoonsMayonnaise
¼teaspoonAncho Chili powder
1Lemon , Juice of
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
4Sourdough baguettes

Directions

Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers. Grill lobster meat for 15 minutes or until cooked.

In a small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, Ancho powder and lemon juice.
