Warm lobster dip

Ingredients

1can(5 oz.) lobster
½poundsLight cream cheese, cubed
¼cupSauterne or other white wine
1tablespoonLight mayonnaise
1Clove garlic, minced
1teaspoonFinely chopped onion
1teaspoonGranulated sugar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
Pinch salt & cayenne pepper

Directions

Drain lobster; flake meat with fingers and set aside.

In small saucepan, melt cheese over low heat until smooth, stirring often. Stir in lobster, wine, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, sugar, mustard, salt and cayenne; heat through, stirring occasionally.
