Hot chicken salad #3

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cooked; cubed chicken
4 cups Chopped celery
1 cup Slivered almonds
1 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Chopped onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons Chopped pimento
4 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 can (10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup Grated American cheese
6 cups Crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients except cheese & chips. Toss lightly & place in a large, shallow baking dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 until brown & cheese is melted, about 30-45 minutes. Serves 16.
