Ingredients

| 4 | cups | Cooked; cubed chicken |
| 4 | cups | Chopped celery |
| 1 | cup | Slivered almonds |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 4 | tablespoons | Chopped onion |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 6 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
| 4 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 1 | can | (10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | cup | Grated American cheese |
| 6 | cups | Crushed potato chips |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese & chips. Toss lightly & place in a large, shallow baking dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 until brown & cheese is melted, about 30-45 minutes. Serves 16.
