Ingredients

4cupsCooked; cubed chicken
4cupsChopped celery
1cupSlivered almonds
1teaspoonSalt
4tablespoonsChopped onion
1cupMayonnaise
6tablespoonsChopped pimento
4tablespoonsLemon juice
1can(10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup
1cupGrated American cheese
6cupsCrushed potato chips

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese & chips. Toss lightly & place in a large, shallow baking dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 until brown & cheese is melted, about 30-45 minutes. Serves 16.
