Measure | Ingredient |

4 cups | Cooked; cubed chicken |
4 cups | Chopped celery |
1 cup | Slivered almonds |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
4 tablespoons | Chopped onion |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
6 tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
4 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 can | (10.75-oz) cream of chicken soup |
1 cup | Grated American cheese |
6 cups | Crushed potato chips |
Mix all ingredients except cheese & chips. Toss lightly & place in a large, shallow baking dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 until brown & cheese is melted, about 30-45 minutes. Serves 16.
