½teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsGrated onion
2cupsDiced celery
1cupSliced water chestnuts
2tablespoonsLemon juice
1cupCrushed potato chips
Grated cheddar cheese

Directions

From: Julie Sterchi <sterchi@...> Date: Wed, 31 Jul 1996 22:52:05 -0700 Mix well all ingredients except potato chips and grated cheese. Put in greased 2 qt. casserole. Cover with crushed potato chips. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake for an additional 5 minutes or so.
