Honeyed beef stew

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Stwing beef
1 large Onion
2 teaspoons Mustard powder
2 tablespoons Honey
3 Celery stalks
¾ pint Water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 medium Green pepper
6 ounces Ketchup

Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. Cover and cook at Mark 4, 350 F, 1

½ hour or until tender.
