Honey-baked barbecue chicken

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Chicken - (2 to 3 lbs); cut up
\N \N Salt
\N \N Ground black pepper
½ cup Tomato sauce
1 \N Green bell pepper; finely diced
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Ground dry mustard
1 teaspoon Ground ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
½ cup Honey

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan; salt and pepper to taste. Combine tomato sauce and green pepper. Stir in Worcestershire and lemon juice. Add dry mustard, ginger and cloves; mix well. Stir in honey. Pour over chicken pieces. Turn pieces to coat on all sides. Bake about 70 minutes. Turn pieces once or twice during baking.

Yields 4 servings.
