Yield: 4 Servings
|⅓ cup||Dijon mustard|
|4||Skinless boneless chicken breast halves|
|2 cups||Fresh or frozen cut green beans|
|4||Sheets Reynolds Wrap heavy duty aluminum foil; (12x18 inches each)|
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine mustard, honey and pepper, set aside.
2. Center one chicken breast half on each foil sheet. Pour mustard mixture evenly over chicken. Top with green beans.
3. Wrap and seal foil to form four packets.
4. Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in the oven. To serve, spoon beans and sauce over chicken.
