Honey beef with salsa

| 500 | grams | Lean beef strips |
| 185 | grams | Snow peas; trimmed |
| 2 | Zucchini; chopped | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oyster sauce |
| ½ | Fresh pineapple; peel, core & chop | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Snipped fresh chives |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime Juice |
| 1 | Fresh red chilli; chopped | |
Directions
PINEAPPLE SALSA
1. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture from wok and set aside.
2. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas, zucchini, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
