Honey beef with salsa

2tablespoonsSesame seeds
2Cloves garlic; crushed
500gramsLean beef strips
185gramsSnow peas; trimmed
2Zucchini; chopped
3tablespoonsHoney
2tablespoonsSoy sauce
1tablespoonOyster sauce
½Fresh pineapple; peel, core & chop
2tablespoonsBrown sugar
2tablespoonsSnipped fresh chives
2tablespoonsLime Juice
1Fresh red chilli; chopped

Directions

PINEAPPLE SALSA

1. Heat oil in a wok over a medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until seeds are golden. Remove seed mixture from wok and set aside.

2. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until brown. Add snow peas, zucchini, honey and soy and oyster sauces. Return sesame seed mixture to wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until sauce thickens.
