Homemade spanish rice seasoning mix

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Minced dried onion
2 tablespoons Dried green pepper flakes
1 tablespoon Dried celery flakes
1 teaspoon Chicken bouillon granules
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
\N dash Crushed red pepper -- or
\N \N More to taste

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.

Put mixture in foil packet or plastic bag. Label with date and contents.

Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6-8 months.

Makes 1 package Homemade Spanish Seasoning Mix.
