| 1½ | cup | Almonds-whole -- blanched |
| 1 | teaspoon | Almond Extract |
| 1½ | cup | Powdered sugar -- sifted |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Egg white | |
Directions
Grind almonds, a portion at a time, in electric blender or food chopper using fine blade. Combine with remaining ingredients and work to a stiff paste. Store in airtight container of disposable plastic bag. This makes 13 ounces.
