|2 pounds||Potatoes, red new; cooked|
|½ cup||Green onion; sliced|
|1 cup||Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing|
|Paprika; or black pepper|
|Crumbled bacon; optional|
Cut slightly cooled potatoes into 1" cubes. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions and ranch dressing; toss gently. Dust with paprika.
