Bacon ranch potato salad

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds New potatoes
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Ranch dressing
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
⅛ teaspoon Garlic powder
8 slices Bacon, crisp, crumbled
½ cup Celery, sliced
½ cup Red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup Green onions, sliced

Cut potatoes into ¼-inch slices; boil in water until tender (about 10 minutes); drain well. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
