½ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Ranch dressing |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅛ teaspoon | Garlic powder |
8 slices | Bacon, crisp, crumbled |
½ cup | Celery, sliced |
½ cup | Red bell pepper, sliced |
½ cup | Green onions, sliced |
Cut potatoes into ¼-inch slices; boil in water until tender (about 10 minutes); drain well. Mix mayonnaise, ranch dressing and seasonings in large bowl until well blended. Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
