Herbed horseradish sauce for fish

¼cupSnipped fresh dill/cilantro
1tablespoonGrated horseradish
2teaspoonsLemon or lime juice
¼teaspoonDijon mustard
dashWhite pepper

Directions

In medium bowl, combine ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

Serve with grilled or poached fish.

Yield: enough for 1 pound of fish.
