Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Sherry |
¾ cup | Veg Oil |
½ large | Onion; Grated |
½ tablespoon | Worcester shire Sauce |
½ teaspoon | Soy Sauce |
½ teaspoon | Lemon Juice |
3 larges | Clove Of Garlic (Can Use Less); Minced |
½ teaspoon | Thyme |
½ teaspoon | Oregano |
½ teaspoon | Rosemary |
½ teaspoon | Marjoram |
Mix all ingredients except the chicken thoroughly. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least one hour. Preheat grill for 5 minutes. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Check to see if done. Brush on marinate half way through.
