Herb-baked chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N (2 1/2-lb) chicken
3 tablespoons Oil
½ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon MSG (optional)
¼ teaspoon Ground oregano
¼ teaspoon Ground rosemary
¼ teaspoon Ground marjoram

Place chicken in baking dish. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, MSG, oregano, rosemary and marjoram. Bake at 450F 30 to 35 minutes.
