Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground round
2 cups Tomato juice
2 tablespoons Dry red wine
1 large Onion; chopped (up to)
3 Zucchini; thinly sliced
1 teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Fennel seed
Garlic salt
Freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Brown meat in a non-stick skillet. Drain off any fat. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook until all liquid has evaporated leaving a thick tomato sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Calories: 220 per serving. Yield: 4 servings.
