Ham-broccoli chowder

Ingredients

¼cupMinced onion
1can(small) evaporated milk
1cupGrated swiss cheese
2cupsDiced ham
2cupsWater
1packFrozen chopped broccoli
1cupLight cream

Directions

1. Mix flour and milk in cooker. 2. Add other ingredients except cream. 3.

Cook on low 7 hours, or on automatic 4 hours. 4. Before serving, stir in cream and heat.

Yield: 6 servings

Note: May be doubled for 6 quart cooker.
