Ham-broccoli chowder

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Flour
¼ cup Minced onion
1 can (small) evaporated milk
1 cup Grated swiss cheese
2 cups Diced ham
2 cups Water
1 pack Frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup Light cream

1. Mix flour and milk in cooker. 2. Add other ingredients except cream. 3.

Cook on low 7 hours, or on automatic 4 hours. 4. Before serving, stir in cream and heat.

Yield: 6 servings

Note: May be doubled for 6 quart cooker.
