Halibut cocktail

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
cupCooked halibut; flaked
½cupChili sauce
1tablespoonPrepared white horseradish
1tablespoonFresh lemon juice
1teaspoonSalt
teaspoonPepper
4Lettuce leaves; shredded

Directions

Chill halibut for several hours. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, to make sauce. Chill. Arrange fish on lettuce in chilled cocktail glasses. Top with sauce. Serve very cold. This recipe serves 4.
