Half time spoon rolls

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Or cake yeast
¼ cup Lukewarm water
¼ cup Sugar
cup Shortening
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Scalded milk
½ cup Cold water (I use milk)
1 \N Egg
cup Flour

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Combine sugar, shortening, salt and milk in large bowl. Cool to lukewarm by adding ½ cup cold water. (I use milk) Blend in egg and the dissolved yeast. Add flour, mix till well blended. Place in greased bowl and cover.

Let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk (45-60 minutes) Stir down dough and spoon into well greased muffin tins filling half full.
