2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Basil
¼ teaspoon Marjoram
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Rosemary
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley; snipped
6 \N Whole Pitas
2 \N Whole Tomatoes; chopped
1 \N Whole Red Onion; chopped
2 cups Sour Cream; or yogurt
1 medium Cucumber; seeded, pureed; strained
2 \N Cloves garlic
½ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar; or to taste

SAUCE
