Ingredients

1canCream of mushroom soup
1canOnion soup
1canTomato soup
teaspoonWhite vinegar; (to cut the taste of cans)
1canKidney beans; mashed
1poundsGround chuck; browned
½canWater
Chili powder to taste

Directions

Brown meat, drain off fat and combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes and serve. Place directly into blender to liquefy. Makes 4 servings with 630 calories per serving.
