|4 ounces||Milk; warm|
|5 ounces||Water; warm|
|3 cups||Bread flour|
|2 tablespoons||Bread flour|
|½ cup||Mashed potato flakes; or buds|
Place ingredients in the machine in the order listed & press start.

NOTES : To warm the milk measure out the water hot, and add the milk. To warm the eggs, place them in a small bowl filled with warm water.
