Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Butter; sweet
4 ounces Milk; warm
2 \N Egg
5 ounces Water; warm
2 tablespoons Sugar
1½ teaspoon Salt
3 cups Bread flour
2 tablespoons Bread flour
½ cup Mashed potato flakes; or buds
1½ teaspoon Yeast

Place ingredients in the machine in the order listed & press start.

NOTES : To warm the milk measure out the water hot, and add the milk. To warm the eggs, place them in a small bowl filled with warm water.
