Grilled whole chilies

Measure Ingredient
Fruit - Select firm ripe
Fruit in season,
110 millilitres Plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon Honey
Fresh mint chopped
Mint sprigs
1 Slice the fruit.

2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish with mint sprigs.
