110 millilitres Plain yoghurt
1 teaspoon Honey
\N \N Fresh mint chopped
\N \N Mint sprigs
1 \N Slice the fruit.

2. Serve with a dollop of yoghurt mixed with honey and mint. Garnish with mint sprigs.
