Grilled swordfish, italian style

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Red wine vinegar & oil
\N \N Dressing
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon Chives
½ teaspoon Parsley
¼ teaspoon Lemon pepper
4 \N Swordfish steaks 3/4\"
\N \N Thick

In glass bowl, combine dressing, seasoning, chives, parsley & lemon pepper. Add steaks; turn to coat evenly. Cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate 1 hour. Drain steaks, reserving marinade. Place steaks in oiled grill basket; grill 3-4 minutes per side. Brush fish with marinade during grilling.
