Grilled salmon with creamy pesto^

Ingredients

| 2 | cloves | Garlic, sliced |
| ½ | cup | Fresh parsley, packed |
| ½ | cup | Fresh basil leaves, packed |
| ½ | cup | Low or nonfat sour cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Skim milk |
| ¼ | cup | Soy sauce, divided |
| 1 | tablespoon | Shredded Parmesan |
| 2 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | pounds | Salmon fillets, cut in 6 |

Directions
Blend garlic, parsley and basil; add sour cream, milk, 1 tablespoon soy sauce,
and cheese. cover and process until smooth.
Mix remaining soy sauce and oil, brush on fish. Grill until fish flakes easily
with a fork.
Warm pesto; spoon on salmon.
Salmon may be broiled.
