Salmon with pesto sauce

1 | cup | Freshly grated Parmesan |

6 | tablespoons | Olive or vegetable oil |
8 | Salmon fillets |
Directions
Combine all ingredients (except fillets) in blender; blend briefly.
Broil fish about 4" from heat 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Serve on heated platter; pass Pesto Sauce to spoon over broiled fish.
