Baked salmon with pesto and lemon

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N To 1 1/3 lbs salmon fillet
⅛ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
¼ cup Prepared pesto
6 slices Lemon

Lemon wedges

Place salmon in lightly oiled baking pan. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Spread pesto over salmon. Top with lemon slices. Bake in pre-heated 450-degree oven 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Test for doneness. Serve salmon with lemon wedges.
