Grilled marinated chicken w grilled pepper and olive relish

| ½ | cup | Coarsely chopped garlic |
| ½ | cup | Coarsely chopped fresh oregano leaves |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sherry vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 2 | teaspoons | Ancho powder |
Directions

Combine all of the marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly combined. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour. Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers. Grill chicken for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with the Grilled Pepper And Black Olive Relish spooned over it. This recipe yields 4 servings.
