Green salad with crispy fried tortilla chips

6Sprigs fresh coriander; chopped finely
2Green chillies; chopped finely

1Lime or lemon; juice of
½teaspoonSalt
A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
8Tortillas; cut into small
; squares and
; deep-fried
1Ripe avocado
1Sprig fresh coriander

Directions

TO GARNISH

Mix together all the ingredients except the tortilla chips, 30 minutes before required.

Just before serving, add the crisp tortillas and toss lightly.

Cut the avocado into wedges and use it and the coriander sprigs as a garnish.
