Granola apple bars (motts)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Granola with dates and raisins
½ cup All-purpose flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Baking soda
1 cup Cinnamon Apple Sauce
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg; beaten
½ cup Sunflower nuts
½ cup Coconut

Directions

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 8 or 9-inch square pan.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake at 350F for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted center comes out clean. Cool. Cut into bars. Yields 20 bars.

Notes: Pantry: Mott's Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Introduce more fiber into your family's diet with these wholesome bars. They're easy enough for your kids to prepare.
