Granola and maple whole wheat loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Warm water
cup Bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
cup Granola (I used rolled oats)
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons Oil
¼ teaspoon Maple extract (optional)
teaspoon Salt
½ cup Dried cranberries
2 teaspoons Dry yeast.

Directions

Place ingredients in bread pan in order above or as directed by manufacturer. Place on a regular, full cycle (not on a rapid rise).

Remove when baked.
