Grandma's xmas meat pies

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Beef
¾ pounds Pork
2 Carrots
1 teaspoon Sage
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ pounds Veal
1 large Onion
2 Potatoes
1 tablespoon Accent'flavor
½ cup Celery

Directions: Grind meat, add the chopped vegetables, 1 tin consomme, ½ tin water, cook on stove 20 minutes. Stir to prevent sticking put in individual pie plates lined with pastry shell. Bake 400 F 20 minutes.

Note: These can be made in a 9" pie shell instead of individual pies typed by G.Major 03\27\95
