Gouda dunk

Yield: 2 Cups

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter
2 \N Green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Chicken bouillon mix
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1½ cup Milk
2½ cup Grated Gouda cheese
1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
\N \N Assorted fresh vegetables
\N \N Cubed bread

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add green onions. Cook until softened. Blend in flour, bouillon mix and Worcestershire sauce.

Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Reduce heat, add cheese and stir until melted. Pour into a small pot over a candle warmer.
