Gold sauce

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Egg yolks
3 tablespoons Lamb marinade
1 teaspoon Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Tabasco
1 cup Chicken broth
1 tablespoon Minced parsley

Beat together egg, lamb marinade, cornstarch, salt & Tabasco in top of double boiler; cook, stirring constantly, directly over very low heat until mixture thickens & coats a spoon. Remove from heat & place over hot (not boiling) water in lower part of double boiler; cover & keep warm. When ready to serve, stir in parsley.
