Glazed apricot pork kabobs

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Boneless pork loin; cut into 1-inch cubes |
| 1 | Jar; (10 oz) apricot preserves | |
| 4 | tablespoons | Orange liqueur or orange juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
Directions
Stir together all ingredients well; place in heavy plastic bag. Marinate at least 30 minutes. Thread pork onto 4 - 6 skewer (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning). Grill over hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, basting often with the marinade.
