| 2 | teaspoons | Baking Soda -- dissolved in |

| ½ | cup | Sugar -- or 1/4 C sugar + |
| 3 | Pkts Sweet 'N Low | |
| 2½ | cup | Flour |
| 2 | Egg Beaters. 99% Egg | |

Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce Recipes To Follow.
Cream Butter Buds and sugar. Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters last. Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm with the sauce of your choice.
