Gingerbread with sauce

Yield: 14 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Butter Buds. -- liquid, or
\N \N Promise UFF margarin
½ cup Molasses
1 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Allspice
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Nutmeg
2 teaspoons Baking Soda -- dissolved in
\N \N Boiling water
½ cup Sugar -- or 1/4 C sugar +
3 \N Pkts Sweet 'N Low
2½ cup Flour
2 \N Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
\N \N Substitute -- 1/2 C

Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce Recipes To Follow.

Cream Butter Buds and sugar. Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters last. Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm with the sauce of your choice.

This cake is very good!
