1 \N True-Brew continental light
\N \N Bee
3⅓ pounds Munton & Fison hopped light
\N \N Extract syrup
1 cup Corn sugar
3 ounces Fresh grated ginger root
2 \N Packs
\N \N Edme ale yeast

This will produce a light beer with a fairly strong ginger character.
