|1 teaspoon||Baking powder|
|1 cup||Chopped almonds|
|¾ cup||Chopped candied orange peel|
|\N \N||Egg White Icing|
Heat to 400. Mix sugar, honey & eggs. Blend dry ingredients; stir into sugar mixture. Mix in almonds & peel. Roll ¼" thick on lightly floured board; cut into fancy shapes. Place on lightly greased sheet, leaving ½" space between. Brush cookies with Icing. Bake 10-12 minutes. Store cookies in covered container for 1 week to mellow.
