Garlicky baked shrimp

| ½ | cup | Bread Crumbs;dry |
| 3 | tablespoons | Parsley; finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon Rind; grated |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 3 | Garlic cloves; minced | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh Lemon Juice |
| 4 | teaspoons | Olive Oil |
Directions
Coat 4 individual gratin dishes with cooking spray. Divide shrimp evenly among dishes; set aside. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon rind, salt, and garlic in a bowl; stir in lemon juice and oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over shrimp. Place dishes on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F degrees for 13 minutes or until shrimp are done and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
