Garlicky baked shrimp

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Vegetable Cooking Spray
1¼ pounds Shrimp; medium, peeled deveined
½ cup Bread Crumbs;dry
3 tablespoons Parsley; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Lemon Rind; grated
¼ teaspoon Salt
3 \N Garlic cloves; minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
4 teaspoons Olive Oil

Coat 4 individual gratin dishes with cooking spray. Divide shrimp evenly among dishes; set aside. Combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon rind, salt, and garlic in a bowl; stir in lemon juice and oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over shrimp. Place dishes on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F degrees for 13 minutes or until shrimp are done and breadcrumbs are lightly browned.
