Spicy garlic shrimp

Ingredients

300gramsShrip, shelled
1tablespoonMinced garlic
1tablespoonCilantro roots
1teaspoonPepper
¾tablespoonFish sauce
¾tablespoonMaggi sauce
½teaspoonSugar
2tablespoonsChicken stock
2tablespoonsOil

Directions

1. Devien shrimp, rinse and drain.

2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent.

2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes.

3. Add sauces and mix, then add water and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
