Spicy garlic shrimp

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
300 grams Shrip, shelled
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Cilantro roots
1 teaspoon Pepper
¾ tablespoon Fish sauce
¾ tablespoon Maggi sauce
½ teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Chicken stock
2 tablespoons Oil

1. Devien shrimp, rinse and drain.

2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent.

2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes.

3. Add sauces and mix, then add water and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
