Spicy garlic shrimp

Ingredients

| 300 | grams | Shrip, shelled |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cilantro roots |
| 1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¾ | tablespoon | Fish sauce |
| ¾ | tablespoon | Maggi sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chicken stock |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
Directions
1. Devien shrimp, rinse and drain.
2. Heat oil and stir-fry garli, pepper and cilantro root until fragent.
2. Add shruimpt and stir-fry until color changes.
3. Add sauces and mix, then add water and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
