Garlic confit

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Bulb Garlic; peeled and seperated.
2 cups Water
1 tablespoon Kosher salt
1 tablespoon Fresh basil
2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

1. Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.

2. Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
