1Bulb Garlic; peeled and seperated.
2cupsWater
1tablespoonKosher salt
1tablespoonFresh basil
2tablespoonsUnsalted butter

Directions

1. Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.

2. Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
