Garlic confit

1 | Bulb Garlic; peeled and seperated. | |
2 | cups | Water |
1 | tablespoon | Kosher salt |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh basil |
2 | tablespoons | Unsalted butter |
1. Blanch garlic in salted water until tender, drain.
2. Saut garlic lightly in butter and garnish with Basil.
